  • Cancellation is permitted until October 23rd, 2026. No changes or cancellations are allowed after this date. If a cancellation is requested after the permitted date, a cancellation fee of 1-night plus taxes will be charged.

  • No. However, the hosts will graciously cover your non-event meals, including breakfast and lunch, during the wedding celebrations. Please refer to the event schedule for hosted meals and dining arrangements.

  • Hotel check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and should be arranged directly with the hotel.

    Daytime highs: ~28–29°C (about 82–84°F) — warm but less intense than summer.

    Nighttime lows: ~20–24°C (about 68–76°F).

    For beach and outdoor events, we suggest avoiding stilettos and opting for comfortable footwear suitable for sand and uneven surfaces.

    Most importantly, stay hydrated and dress comfortably so you can fully enjoy the celebrations.

  • Most of the wedding celebrations will take place outdoors in beach and garden settings. We recommend dressing comfortably for warm weather, wearing appropriate footwear for outdoor venues, and bringing sun protection for daytime events. The Grand Dinner will be held indoors in the ballroom.
